SID LEE CULTURE CLUB
This internal branding project kicked off to showcase the unique elements of SID LEE’s agency culture specific to the New York Office.
Our goal is to show the character of distinct internal events from activities like Fresh Meat (a bi-monthly meeting to get to know a nominated agency member) or Naked Lunch (a quarterly AMA hosted by senior management).
While the visual design is based on the global guidelines of the agency, we infused our local touch. Agency culture is—of course—defined by the people participating in it. In short, these elements of SID LEE Culture Club are inspired by the actual humans we work with.
My copywriting partner and I identified key idiosyncractic elements of the activities at SID LEE New York and gave the internal culture a visual and written tone of voice.
I then worked closely with another designer to illustrate each little element for the SID LEE New York pattern, which was then applied across the brand ecosystem.
